The Netherlands' North Sea sits at the funnel point for tens of millions of seabirds migrating southwest from Arctic breeding grounds each autumn, and dedicated chumming trips run from three ports — IJmuiden, Scheveningen, and Lauwersoog — across the September–October peak.
