Birding Puerto Madryn offers expert-led private birding tours to the UNESCO World Heritage Peninsula Valdes, one of Patagonia's most spectacular wildlife concentrations. The dramatic sea-cliffs of Caleta Valdes host breeding Magellanic Penguins, Rock Shags, and Snowy Sheathbills, while offshore waters attract Dolphin Gulls, Giant Petrels, and occasional albatrosses. Optional whale-watching boat trips from Puerto Piramides (June–December) allow close observation of Southern Right Whales alongside pelagic seabirds including Southern Fulmars, Cape Petrels, and Wilson's Storm-Petrels.
